How much do you really know about your customers, client base, or audience? Are you building on generalized assumptions or real research data?
What about your internal teams? Do they understand UX and the value of research? Are they eager to learn about real life customers?
I offer research methods that surface real, usable insights about customer goals, needs, and behaviors. But beyond that, I love people and enjoy helping teams play to their strengths, serving a larger vision that could change someone's world.
Case Studies
My case studies highlight my problem-solving approach, highly collaborative
work style, research practices, and human-centered solutions.
User Research in Commercial
Real Estate
Breaking down user myths and getting the real (estate) story
Listening to Telecom Complaints
Taking a sales team from dejected to ecstatic with intuitive software
Blog
On the blog, I share the work I do through the lens of individual artifacts
or methodologies. Each article has a real-life story that inspired it.
Community
I believe we are all connected, and I know we are stronger when we lean on each other. Meet my people -- these are the bright, committed, inspiring folks I am lucky to call co-creators and friends. They've each contributed to my portfolio in some way, too. Contact me about hiring several of us!
Nice to meet y'all
I was raised in the South, so cornbread and whiskey run in my blood.
This wild, incredible Planet is what nourishes my soul - I am always thinking about how I can get outside, dig my toes into the earth, escape the noise and motion of people-made places for a bit.
Salt Lake City, Utah is basecamp.
I'm a home renovation enthusiast and gladly spend weekends upgrading my magic little corner of the world.
[My best piece of advice so far? Always drill a pilot hole.]
I love quiet hours porch sitting with my dogs (I foster), the exciting weight of a stack of new library books, and sunlight filtered through pine branches. The only things I'm good at baking are galettes.
